A leading energy utility in Dublin is seeking a Technical Capability Coordinator to oversee graduate recruitment, manage training programs, and enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience along with strong organizational and communication skills. This role promotes a progressive hybrid working model and social responsibility initiatives, supporting Ireland's transition to a net-zero carbon future.
The Technical Capability Team in the Centre of Engineering is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate technical capability is in place to meet the needs of the business in delivering its strategy into the future. In this context, technical capability relates to the capability provided to the organisation by the engineering and related professionals employed by ESB.
There are two key aspects to technical capability assurance: bringing new talent into the organisation and developing the talent we have. The technical capability business support provides support to the Technical Capability Team in delivering all aspects of technical capability improvement across ESB.
This position will be based in One Dublin Airport Central
