DwyerOmega is a global leader in precision measurement, sensing, and control technologies. Following recent acquisitions and strong growth, we’re expanding our Northern Europe Sales Team and hiring a Technical Account Manager (Ireland).

Role Overview

You will manage and grow strategic accounts across Ireland while developing new business in key sectors such as manufacturing, pharma, food & beverage, HVAC, and industrial automation. You’ll represent our full portfolio of solutions — including temperature, pressure, flow, level, air quality, gas detection, and automation products — and act as a trusted technical partner to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow key accounts; understand customer processes and technical requirements.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities through technical consultative selling.
  • Deliver presentations, product demos, and solution proposals.
  • Work with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams on specifications, customisations, and calibrations.
  • Support distributors and internal teams to ensure strong market presence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical sales or account management within instrumentation, sensors, control systems, or industrial automation.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate with engineering/operations stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in both account growth and new business development.
  • Self-driven, strategic, and willing to travel across Ireland.
