What You’ll Do
  • Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
  • Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.
