What the day will look like

The Talent Practice in Aon Ireland has an opening for a Talent Consultant, to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.

Working alongside a team of experienced Organisational Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology and related skills to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive Irish Labour Market.

Responsibilities

• Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development


• Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles


• Project management and continuous learning on a variety of Talent Advisory topics


• Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes


• Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations


• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery


• Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to build your consulting skills


• Managing client relationships to ensure continued success


• Supporting on business development activities including proposals and events
