Job description
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate from the Dublin office, collaborating closely with ESG teams across Ireland, the UK, and EMEA regions

  • Report directly to the Sustainability Director

  • Deliver services related to Net-Zero Carbon targets, CRREM pathways, and BER compliance

  • Contribute to achieving sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM-In-Use, and WELL

  • Assist in Whole Life Carbon assessments and provide coordination support

  • Prepare clear and informative reports with sustainability recommendations for clients and project teams

  • Interpret architectural plans, mechanical and electrical schedules, and HVAC schematics

  • Conduct occasional site visits to gather essential project data

  • Participate in team discussions and attend internal training and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions

What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in a relevant engineering field such as Building Services, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a related role

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, building physics, and sustainable design principles

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and energy modelling software like IES-VE

  • A broad understanding of sustainability in the built environment

  • Confidence in delivering sustainability findings and recommendations to clients, with strong communication and presentation skills

  • A flexible attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
