We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented full-Time Specialist - Reverse Supply Chain to join our Planning team in Limerick, Ireland. In this crucial role, you'll be instrumental in managing the efficient flow of inventory within our reverse supply chain operations, directly contributing to our ability to remain on schedule with forecasts and meet critical customer needs. This role also requires close cross collaboration with our Operations and Device Quality Teams.The role will involve, but will not be limited to the following:
Manage Daily Inventory Movement: Oversee and coordinate the daily movement of inventory for repair processes at both our GXO and DHL logistics partners, ensuring timely transitions.
Alternate Repair Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for alternative repair needs, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated to support ongoing operations.
Reporting & Analysis: Build, distribute, and analyze relevant reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making within the reverse supply chain.
Warehouse Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of our Warehouse inventory throughout the company, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Support Planning Team: Act as support for the wider planning team as / if the business requires.
A degree or relevant experience
Experience working in a planning environment within supply chain being highly preferred.
SAP Knowledge, Familiarity with SAP systems is essential for managing inventory and related processes.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Masters Degree in Supply Chain or similar,
Experience in Data analytics, insights, management and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Attention to Detail with a meticulous approach to managing inventory and reconciling records, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
Problem-Solving skills, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.
