Job description

TTM Healthcare Solutions are seeking a motivated and dynamic Staff Grade Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for a full-time permanent role in Carlow. Join a growing clinical team within a residential care provider for children, where you'll work in a trauma-informed, collaborative environment. Flexible working arrangements are possible for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, trauma-informed assessments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s residential services.
  • Engage in consultation, training, and service development.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Recognised degree in Psychology and postgraduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology.
  • Validation from the Department of Health (if qualified outside Ireland ) and PSI registration
  • Experience working with children/adolescents in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of developmental trauma and attachment-informed care.


Desirable:

  • Experience with care-experienced young people and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.
