Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategy and technical direction for one or more manufacturing processes within the Industrialisation team.
  • Drive efficiency, process optimization, and technology adoption.
  • Establish and uphold technical governance and best practices.
  • Ensure a robust and scalable manufacturing processes from early concept through to full production.
  • Strategically plan and execute manufacturing initiatives, leveraging the latest engineering techniques to achieve optimum results in process development.
  • Act as a mentor and technical leader, supporting engineers across projects and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and synergy in all aspects of the process development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep expertise in manufacturing processes with experience in downstream technologies such as CNC machining, inspection techniques, and polishing processes an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and its application in manufacturing and inspection.
  • Strong background in process improvement, tooling strategies, and technology integration.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and projects.
  • Experience with technical governance, standards development, and mentoring engineers.
  • Background in medtech, precision manufacturing, aerospace, or related high-tolerance industries preferred.
