The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • Managing critical projects and initiatives as well as stakeholder relationships across various functions and geographies in Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Driving strategic cross‑functional/geographic projects for the organization.
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties to execute against project plans and timelines.
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed.
  • Additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office.
Your Skills And Expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with profound experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans.
Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role
  • Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives impacting multiple geographies.
  • Medical device manufacturing company experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with and positively influence people at all levels of the organization to achieve project deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Work location: Candidate must be based in Ireland.

Work Type: Remote.

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
