Lillian O’Sullivan & Co., Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Solicitor to work in the areas of conveyancing, probate and some general litigation as part of their busy team. This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic solicitor to advance their career in a growing Cork City practice.
Successful candidates will have:
- At least three years’ experience in conveyancing (residential and commercial), probate and wills & estate planning. Experience in general litigation will also be required.
- Be confident with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
- Ability to efficiently manage wills and probate matters including estate planning and administration of complex estates, with a natural focus on client care.
- Be comfortable with general litigation work at District and Circuit Court levels.
- Confidence in advising clients, negotiating, drafting and all practical aspects of the role.
- Proven ability to pro-actively manage a busy caseload, work on own initiative and take responsibility.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver professional and personal service.
