  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, IT, HR) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
Quality Assurance & Automation
  • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including unit, system, and regression testing
  • Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Kainos to reduce manual overhead
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, tracking defects to resolution and participating in code reviews to ensure best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Hands‑on experience in Workday implementation, engineering, or systems analysis
  • Proven experience of full‑lifecycle Workday implementations
  • Deep Integration Expertise: Workday Integration Orchestration, Extend, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect (CCB), PECI/PICOF, XSLT, and XML
  • Strong working knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and relational database languages (WQL or SQL)
  • Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT
  • Experience with testing automation tools (specifically Kainos) and manual testing methodologies
  • In‑depth knowledge of Workday HCM or Benefits or Compensation or Payroll architecture and business processes
  • Solid understandingday Security (Security Groups, Domains, BP Policies)
  • Workday Certification in one or more HCM functional modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll) is required
  • Workday Certification in Integrations, Studio and/or Extend are required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Time tracking & Absence
  • Familiarity with Version Control (GIT), CI/CD systems
