Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to large-scale product integrations by leveraging third-party APIs, enhancing UI workflows, and adhering to security standards.
2. Design high-impact solutions to improve platform stability and quality.
3. Proactively resolve application issues and develop tests to prevent future problems.
4. Refine, prioritize, and manage your team’s issue backlog.
5. Promote positive communication, collaboration, and team growth.
6. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Support, Development, QA, Design, Documentation, and Product Management.
7. Ensure the health and availability of production applications through monitoring, log analysis, and debugging.
8. Collaborate with engineering team members to understand new features and platform changes.
9. Be a positive role model and inspire others.
10. Identify process gaps and advocate for continuous improvement.
11. Utilize AI tools for code generation, bug detection, and automated testing.
12. Develop tooling to enhance development and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming in C# and ASP.Net.
• Strong fundamentals in industry-standard patterns and practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis, debugging, and bug fixing in cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services like Azure DevOps, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Independent, driven, creative, and ownership-oriented.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Effective communication with stakeholders to execute development roadmaps.

Technology & Tools:

• Microsoft technologies: C#, SQL, .Net, ASP.Net
• API development experience
• Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with modern authentication, production services, application architectures, security practices, and CI systems.
