Job description

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Leader and a Social Care worker for a service based in County Clare on behalf of Ireland’s leading mainstream children’s residential services.

This is a full time permanent post working a 39 hour pw contract

Social Care Worker salary
01/06/2024: €38,451 - €39,993 - €41,892 - €43,281- €44,685 - €46,096-
€47,530- €48,985 - €50,430- €51,909 - €53,436- €54,445 LSI

Social Care Leader salary
01/06/2024: €54,157 -€55,328 - €56,498 - €59,618 - €60,827 - €62,028 -
€63,245

Requirements:
Applicants must by the closing date of application have the following:
Be registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU.
Or
Hold a CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU registration (evidence of application will be necessary)
And
BA (Honours) in Social Care/Applied Social Studies/Applied Social Care
OR
Be eligible for registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence of application will be necessary)
And
the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and
ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of office.
and
have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in a Children & Families Service or other relevant environment with a similarly challenging client group.

Candidates must be fully flexible to work across all rosters
And hold a full clean Irish manual drivers license
And be eligible to live and work in Ireland
