Through this, they can help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future.

We are accepting applications for the position ofSocial Care Manager. This service is based inLismore, Co. Waterford. The Manager carries responsibility for the care delivered to the young people living in the residential service and for the staff who deliver that care. S/he is responsible for ensuring that the care given meets with company policies and procedures and with national regulations and that the environment in which the care is given is homely, clean, safe and appropriate for the young people’s ages and stages of development.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

·A Bachelor or MA/MSc in any of the following fields:Social Care; Applied Social Studies in Social Care; Social Work, Social Care Management or related Social Care Qualification.

·Full, clean, manual driver's license(valid in Ireland)

·Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres

·Eligible to work in Ireland.

·Minimumof 3 years post qualification experience, working with young people, if candidate holds a level 8 degree.

·Minimumof 4 years post qualification experience, working with young people, if candidate holds a level 7 degree.
