Job summary

A leading residential developer in Ireland is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and monitor construction site works. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential projects, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and manage compliance for utility connections. This position offers a competitive salary of €70-80k plus transport and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor engineering site works as per technical drawings.
  • Act as primary technical adviser for subcontractors.

  • Manage connections for utilities including Uisce Éireann and ESB.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.

Overview

Site Engineer (Residential)

Meath, Dunboyne

€70-80k + Transport + Bonus

Required for residential developer who are currnetly undertaking 170+ Units' in Dunboyne including houses & apartments.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor engineering site works in accordance with the construction programme and technical drawings – including roads, paths, drainage, water, utility provider infrastructure, foundations,elements of buildings, plot and site development works.
  • Acting as the primary technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors, including groundworks, piling, concrete, and structural steel
  • Coordinate between subcontractors, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of works.
  • Manage Uisce Éireann connections, including completion of work, compliance with Code of Practice and Standard Details, testing, inspections, preparation of QA Folders, completing work necessary for issue of Conformance Certs and Completion Certs and release of bonds.
  • Manage ESB connections, including completion of work in accordance with ESB Networks standards and guidelines, scheduling inspections and connections.
  • Manage Eir / Virgin Media / Siro and installations and connections.
