Senior Site Engineer – Residential Developments

Malahide & Dunboyne, Co. Dublin/Meath

Required for, a leading residential developer with a proud track record of delivering high-quality housing schemes across Dublin and Meath, are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery on live projects in Malahide and Dunboyne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a well-established developer and play a central role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead setting out for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
• Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with project management, design teams, and local authorities.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in residential construction, ideally with housing and RC frame.
• Strong technical expertise in setting out and construction sequencing.
• Proven leadership in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
• Full clean driving licence.
