Overview

Corrib Oil are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as a Shift Manager at our Service Station in Parkway, Co. Limerick. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all duties carried out by the team during the shift.
  • General supervision of the store and staff, with delegation of duties as required.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out efficiently in all areas of the service station, in accordance with security and related procedures.
  • Comply with and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the store.
  • Assist in the induction, training and development of staff in the store.
  • Ensure checkouts are operated efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote the Customer Loyalty programme at every opportunity and ensure all staff actively engage in this process.
  • Responsible for stock management; check in deliveries according to store procedure, ensure quantities delivered match delivery dockets, and raise queries with suppliers when necessary.
  • Handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to store procedure, ensuring the highest standard of customer care.
  • Ensure hygiene standards and the general presentation of the store are maintained as per agreed procedures.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety requirements as they pertain to the service station and report any breaches promptly.
  • Be responsible for the service station in the absence of the Store Manager, and as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Perform any other duties as may be directed by the management team from time to time.
