DublinServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead / SME## **YOUR ROLE**We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to act as a trusted advisor for HR transformation. In this role, you will help organizations modernize HR operations by leveraging ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You will partner with HR leaders to align business objectives with technical capabilities, ensuring every implementation delivers measurable impact.Your mission is to translate business outcomes into technical solutions, guiding clients from strategy through execution, and enabling scalable, automated HR processes that enhance employee experience.**Key Responsibilities of the role:*** Lead HRSD strategy and roadmap discussions, aligning HR goals with platform capabilities.* Prepare and facilitate client workshops across all HRSD subject areas, including process optimization and automation opportunities, and develop requirement workbooks to capture client needs and guide implementation.”* Map HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.* Design and deliver demos showcasing HRSD capabilities and value propositions.* Implement HRSD components: Case Management, HR Services, Knowledge, Employee Document Management (EDM), Employee Relations, Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding), Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards.* Advise on HR process improvements, leveraging automation and AI-driven features to enhance efficiency and employee experience.* Collaborate with technical teams and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge transfer.* Share insights from global HRSD implementations and best practices and demonstrate the value of HRSD to HR stakeholders, bridging business outcomes with technical requirements.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Consulting experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, demos, and HR process mapping to HRSD capabilities.* Experience leading HRSD workshops and creating supporting materials (decks, workbooks).* Hands-on implementation experience with HRSD components.* Strong ability to interpret, strategize, and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD solutions.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.* Experience leading Enterprise Onboarding + Transition (EOT) and Lifecycle Events implementations.* ServiceNow Certified: System Administrator (CSA), Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD), HRSD Suite Certification, Application Developer (CAD)Sogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
