Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Fund Accounting for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs preferred.
  • Skilled in coaching and developing a team of people.
  • Experienced in external interactions with auditors and market data providers.

Responsibilities

Group Manager (Senior Vice President) – Fund Accounting Team

This role is located in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations in a fast‑paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Clients for discussions on KPI’s, new product launches, regulatory changes, escalations and overall governance of service delivery.
  • Monitor KPI’s and ensure that all ongoing client and internal deliverables are completed in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Drive team initiatives to support change and improvements in alignment with the firm’s strategy.
  • Manage performance within the team and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on projects focused on process improvement, regulatory changes, and more.
  • Effectively convey critical updates to Senior Management and streamline the dissemination of information from leadership to the team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 15+ years of Fund Accounting experience within Operations with 3+ years of experience using Enterprise Invest One.
  • Knowledge of Fund Accounting requirements for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs is an advantage.
  • Experience in People Management, skilled in coaching and developing a team of people.
  • Previous experience in a client‑facing role, skilled in interacting with external parties such as auditors and market data providers.
  • Third‑level degree qualified, ideally in Accounting or Business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of challenging the status quo and driving team improvements.
