A leading interactive entertainment company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the technical roadmap for their popular Star Trek™ Fleet Command game. This role involves collaboration with engineering and product teams, mentoring junior TPMs, and aligning diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and 5–8+ years of relevant experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment based in Dublin, Ireland, with opportunities for strategic impact in the gaming industry.
Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Star Trek™ Fleet Command team in Ireland, Spain, the United Kingdom or Portugal on a hybrid / remote first basis.
Star Trek Fleet Command is a standout success in the gaming industry. Launched in 2018, our in-house developed 4X Strategy MMO has continually evolved, earning its place as one of the top-grossing games on the market.
At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
This role is central to ensuring we plan, prioritize, and communicate our technology needs effectively across the studio. As a senior member of the discipline, you will help shape clear, balanced technology roadmaps, ensure technical requirements are well understood, and support teams and leadership with high-quality insights that enable strong decision‑making. You will also play a part in coaching and supporting junior Technical Product Managers, helping them develop their craft and navigate cross‑team collaboration.
You will report on progress, risks, and completions for technical projects, as well as on technical performance, while ensuring that technical work is represented, communicated, and celebrated. This role is well suited for someone with a strong technical background and hands‑on experience, who also excels at clarity, communication, organization, and translating technical considerations into actionable product and studio understanding.
You will report to the Technical Director for Infrastructure and Core Tech.
