What the day will look like
The Talent Practice in Aon Ireland has an opening for a Principal Talent Consultant, to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.
Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology or related skills to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive Irish Market.
