Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting aSr.Sales Executiveto represent theOpel brandat ourNavan Roaddealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional to build a rewarding career with one of Ireland’s leading motor retailer groups.

Role responsibilities:
  • Actively promote Opel Vehicles and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Proactively sell new and used vehicles, maximising profitability across the value chain.
  • Deliver excellence in customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Consistently implement the Bright sales process.
  • Accurately record all prospect and customer details, sales activities, and documentation in the CRM system in a timely and consistent manner that complies with all GDPR requirements.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound prospecting calls, leveraging existing and other sources to drive sales performance.
  • Present finance options (PCP, HP, Leasing) and work closely with the Business Manager to achieve retail finance penetration targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and the business manager to maximise customer opportunities and retention.
  • Manage used car stock effectively, ensuring timely preparation, online visibility.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Opel products, accessories, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in training programs to support continuous improvement and dealership excellence.
  • Uphold manufacturer brand standards and liaise with Opel Ireland on showroom POS and marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Certified and qualified to sell consumer and business finance solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Digitally competent in developing and presenting on camera for posting to customers and on social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Dealer Management Systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
