A leading ergonomic solutions provider is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive sales and manage client relationships. This Dublin-based role involves outreach to prospective clients and requires 2-3 years of sales experience, especially with large companies. Strong communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software. Flexible hybrid working arrangements will be provided, ensuring a balance between office and home work dedicated to achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for educating their prospects and customers on the benefits of Ergonomics, then leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services. You will be required to set up product tests or demos for end-users as necessary and facilitate presentations for prospective clients. KOS will provide you with leads and contacts however it is expected that you will be vigilant of new sales opportunities in your territory, including new build premises and refurbishments. The company will also provide support to existing accounts to manage and expand.The role is based in Clare Street, Dublin 2 and we will offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement to the successful candidate which will consist of 3 days in the Dublin office and the remaining 2 days working from home. This arrangement is dependent on client requirements and may vary accordingly.
