About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for educating their prospects and customers on the benefits of Ergonomics, then leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services. You will be required to set up product tests or demos for end-users as necessary and facilitate presentations for prospective clients. KOS will provide you with leads and contacts however it is expected that you will be vigilant of new sales opportunities in your territory, including new build premises and refurbishments. The company will also provide support to existing accounts to manage and expand.The role is based in Clare Street, Dublin 2 and we will offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement to the successful candidate which will consist of 3 days in the Dublin office and the remaining 2 days working from home. This arrangement is dependent on client requirements and may vary accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales:
  • Main sales focus on outbound reach to prospective clients and building new client relationships.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the Sales Director with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients via various channels (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc
  • Track, manage, and report on lead generation activities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Opportunity Management and client follow up.
Account Management:
  • Working with key account managers to set up a consultative based selling based on understanding client requirements and developing effective solutions.
  • Manage own calendar and arrange own initial client meetings to introduce service.
  • Concise, accurate and efficient updating relevant information in the CRM system.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to larger multinational companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, having the confidence and ability to act as an advocate at all levels of an organisation
