Job Description

We are seeking top-performing Senior Sales Advisors to join our outbound new business team. This role focuses on engaging new-to-group customers in the mid-market SME segment, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and high-quality product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting to identify and engage new SME customers.
  • Conduct cold calls to establish customer needs and position Radius solutions effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations via online platforms and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Use engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

What experience / skills are we looking for?

  • Proven success as a top-performing advisor in outbound B2B sales.
  • 5+ years experience in outbound sales, ideally within technology, SaaS, or related sectors.
  • Strong ability to engage mid-market SME businesses and convert cold leads into loyal customers.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and uncovering customer pain points.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, telematics, or SaaS solutions (advantageous but not essential).
