Purpose of the Job

Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in Quality Engineering and Data Management. Capable of executing complex projects, developing solutions beyond traditional approaches, and designing programs for systematic monitoring and evaluation to ensure quality standards. Acts as a liaison to cross-functional departments, analyzing and interpreting data.

Major Responsibilities
  • Instruct, direct, and review the work of other quality assurance professionals.
  • Apply quality principles and analyze quality records to recommend improvements.
  • Conduct inspections, verification, and validation of components or materials.
  • Identify and resolve recurring quality or testing issues.
  • Document quality issues and performance metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Education & Competencies
  • Qualifications: Level 7 in a relevant discipline with 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical principles, business functions, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and make judgments within policies.
  • Ability to develop networks and support teams, mentor less experienced staff, and possibly lead projects.
  • Effective planning, organization, and decision-making skills, capable of working independently and under general direction.
