Job description

BioTalent isseeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement & Lean Deployment Leader to drive operational excellence in manufacturing. This role will be pivotal in embedding Lean methodologies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Lean transformation efforts to improve efficiency, cost savings, and productivity
Partner with leadership to implement structured problem-solving and value stream mapping
Facilitateevents and drive sustainable improvements in manufacturing and back-office processes
Coach teams at all levels, building CI capabilities across the organization

What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong Lean / Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt certification preferred)
Proven success in deploying a Lean Operating System and driving measurable results
Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Able to influence both C-Suite stakeholders and those working onsite at the manufacturing site

This is an on-site position in Wexford, Ireland, 5 days per-week.

This is a permanent,hands-on leadership role but inan individual contributor capacity, where you’ll have a real impact on operational success and be able to implement change at a global organization immediately.

Salary: EUR 110,000-125,000 pa + benefits
