As a Senior People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to groups in Germany, the UK and Ireland — helping to shape culture, enable growth and develop high-performing teams.
You’ll work closely with the leadership teams and bring your coaching mindset and collaborative style to enable our business goals and bring our values to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building and coaching to make a real impact in a fast-moving, people-centric organisation.
We are open to both hybrid and fully remote candidates in the UK, Ireland or Germany for this role. If you are based near one of our offices we try to spend 1-2 days a week together in the office but a number of our team are also fully remote. As a Senior People Partner you will need to spend regular time with the teams you support in person regularly and should expect to travel to our offices in both Dublin, Ireland and Cologne, Germany, on a quarterly basis.
