This Opportunity

As our legal team's responsibilities expand, we are seeking a skilled Senior Paralegal to play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting our strategic objectives for 2026 and beyond. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team and help shape the future of our legal operations. Here is what you would be doing as our Senior Legal Executive:

Corporate Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Legal Documentation & Negotiation
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts, fund documents, and other related documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contractual and compliance matters effectively.
  • Mentor and guide more junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Oversee legal and compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks to the organization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board members.
A Little Bit About You
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or governance role.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and legal drafting skills
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience in fund administration, corporate governance, or regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to work with and mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and working in a multinational environment.
