Join our team at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the Associate Experience Desktop group, working alongside dedicated and versatile professionals! This position allows you to develop user experiences for our Workplace Investing (WI) Contact Centre associates, enabling them to offer exceptional customer service.

Crafting an outstanding associate experience is a top priority for WI. Within the Services Associate Experiences Product Area, our mission is to build a platform that delights users, anticipates their needs, and scales optimally. You will contribute to a microservices‑based ecosystem, supporting critical production applications and driving digital reuse through shared capabilities across the Associate Desktop landscape.

This role involves collaborating with five or more multi‑functional teams to deliver platform‑level capabilities, ensuring flawless integration and consistent user experiences.

Expertise

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a technology‑related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of modern application architecture and evolving technologies.
• Proficiency in modern SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred; also Vue, React).
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core, RESTful Web Service, Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with API management tools (Swagger, OpenAPI) and integration technologies (Java Camel).
• Strong front‑end skills: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML, CSS/SASS, RxJS.
• Testing and tooling experience: Jasmine, Karma, Storybook, Playwright.
• Alignment with principles of object‑oriented building, secure development, and composition patterns.
• CI/CD expertise: Jenkins Core, Maven, pipeline maintenance.
• Deep understanding of Docker and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
