About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Operations, Contract Manufacturing, Global Engineering, New Product Development (NPD), and R&D. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, drive process innovation, and provide expert technical guidance in injection molding and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver technical solutions and meet business goals.

  • Manage the procurement and qualification of new molds (IQ/OQ/PQ).

  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes using DOE and scientific molding principles.

  • Provide technical support for new product development and manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to introduce new technologies and equipment.

  • Apply business acumen to evaluate project feasibility and performance.



What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience, with 3–5 years in project management and mold qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of injection molding systems, materials, and tooling.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and MS Office.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Qualifications


  • RJG Master Molder I & II Certification

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing

  • Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulations

  • Hands-on experience in mold making and plastic part design
