EPAM is a Tier 1 Consulting Partner to leading Financial Services clients in Ireland, and we are seeking a Senior Director of Account Management to deepen C-level client partnerships and drive strategic growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with EPAM’s Ireland Delivery and Account teams to guide clients through complex digital transformation and innovation initiatives, working alongside world-class engineering, consulting and architecture experts to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for overseeing commercial management, account strategy and delivery governance while identifying new opportunities to expand the relationship and strengthen EPAM’s position as a trusted partner.

Drawing on your industry expertise and experience in digital consulting, software engineering and technology delivery, you will advise clients on strategic transformation initiatives and emerging technologies, helping them accelerate innovation and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on emerging technology trends and their business implications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technology-driven transformation projects across multiple domains
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to identify and assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, craft compelling proposals and presentations, build senior client relationships and support deal closure
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, define optimal operating models, design project structures and lead the transition from sales to successful delivery
  • Stay informed on industry and technology developments, analysing how new trends, opportunities and challenges impact client strategies and operations
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, as well as internal and external partnerships, to drive sustainable growth across portfolio activities
  • Align initiatives with Business Unit goals, supporting financial targets for revenue growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Director or Senior Director of Account Management with demonstrated leadership in digital innovation and technology transformation, ideally from a top-tier consulting, advisory or software engineering business
  • Extensive expertise across the Financial Services and Banking sectors, with deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities
  • Comfortable partnering with business and technology leaders across EPAM and client C-level executives to drive strategic outcomes
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of products, platforms and supporting infrastructure, along with a strong client-centric approach
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and creative-thinking abilities
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required from time to time
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the senior executive level along with demonstrated commercial acumen, strategic thinking, numerical fluency and negotiation expertise
