A leading banking institution in Dublin is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Experimentation and Campaign Effectiveness team. The successful candidate will leverage statistical techniques and experimental methods to enhance customer engagement strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing 2 days in the office now, transitioning to 3 days a week from January 2026. Competitive benefits are included.
Location/Office Policy: Molesworth st., Dublin (Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office, moving to 3 days in office from Jan 2026)
The role reports to the Experimentation and Campaign Effectiveness team within the Chief Customer Office (CCO). It requires a strong understanding of statistical techniques and experimental methods to ensure the success of CCO initiatives (e.g., personalisation, lifecycle, and promotional campaigns). As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to designing experiments (A/B tests, online and field experiments) to measure campaign performance; deliver pre/post‑campaign analysis; and support the development of monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
