Senior Data Analyst, E&I Affordability – Dublin, Letterkenny

About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst within the E&I Affordability team, you will play a key role in leveraging advanced analytics and AI to drive affordability initiatives in the U.S. healthcare system. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and data science teams to refine requirements, build predictive models, and develop scalable data pipelines. Your analytical expertise will help identify trends, create impactful visualizations, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Learn the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, ideation teams and data science teams to refine data requirements and roadmaps
  • Leverage AI to analyze complex datasets and feed predictive models
  • Build predictive models where necessary
  • Use API access to AI models and build robust software solutions
  • Identify trends and opportunities for affordability through analysis of complex datasets
  • Build and validate data pipelines and provide design inputs for scalable analytics processes and data flows
  • Build visualizations and deliver data insights to leadership

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Ability to write efficient, maintainable code (Python preferred) and sound software engineering fundamentals
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or managed care setting
  • Ability to understand and explain complex data models
  • Ability to write, understand and explain complex SQL queries and tune them for performance
  • Experience with at least one RDBMS (Snowflake preferred)
  • Ability to build data visualizations in at least one platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience using version control and CI/CD processes (Git preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling
  • Experience building real‑world AI solutions; knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI is a plus
  • Experience building applications with Streamlit
  • Prior experience in data engineering and familiarity with data workflow orchestration tools (e.g., ADF, Airflow) and cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure Databricks preferred)
