This is a pivotal client-facing role combining end-to-end implementation leadership with customer success ownership.
You will lead the rollout of AgrosMilk to new and existing customers (project initiation through to go-live), while also ensuring customers realise long-term value, adoption, and measurable outcomes post go-live. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, coordinate internal delivery teams, and identify opportunities to expand each account over time (upsell / cross-sell).
Day to day, you’ll manage delivery plans, run governance cadence, drive clear requirements and scope, support UAT and training, and maintain senior stakeholder confidence throughout.
