What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ (Senior consultant) to 5+(Manager) years’ experience leading business analysis on complex business or technology transformation programmes, ideally in a consulting or large-scale corporate environment.
  • Expertise: Advanced proficiency in business analysis planning, requirements strategy, operating model design, business process re-engineering, and benefits realisation. Strong experience managing stakeholder expectations, leading requirements workshops, and overseeing BA deliverables in Agile and hybrid environments.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proven capability in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, leading teams of analysts, and aligning business outcomes to programme objectives.
  • Development: Track record in coaching, mentoring, and developing business analysts. Passion for embedding best-practice BA standards, frameworks, and tools across engagements.
  • Qualifications preferable not mandatory: BA certifications: IIBA CBAP, BCS Advanced International Diploma, or AgileBA Practitioner. Project delivery or agile certifications: PMP, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, Post Grad Dip in Business Analysis or Project Management) advantageous.
  • Background: Demonstrable experience managing large, business-critical initiatives with complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience leading BA workstreams across sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Engineering/Infrastructure, or Healthcare.

What You Can Expect:

  • Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams of business analysts and consultants in the definition, design, and implementation of large-scale transformation programmes. Shape delivery strategies, oversee quality assurance, and ensure alignment to client objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with project and programme managers, architects, and client executives to drive clarity of requirements, solution alignment, and value realisation. Contribute to the KPMG Business Analysis Community of Practice, driving thought leadership and continuous improvement.
  • Client Focus: Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. Translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and deliver measurable business value.
  • Innovation: Champion the adoption of new tools, techniques, and methodologies within the BA discipline, including data-driven analysis, automation, and AI-enabled insight generation.
  • Learning & Development: Mentor emerging BA professionals and leverage KPMG’s learning infrastructure to continue advancing your leadership and consulting expertise.
