The Person:

  • Strong experience in a similar commercial insurance sales role
  • CIP qualified and compliant with the Central Bank's MCC and Fitness & Probity standards
  • Proven ability to secure and convert large, complex risks
  • Technically strong with excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator with a positive, adaptable mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Applied Systems
  • Holds a full clean driving licence and access to a car
