Role Purpose:
As the Senior Brand Manager at CarTrawler, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the overall brand strategy for CarTrawler. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and monitoring market trends to enhance the brand's positioning. Additionally, the Senior Brand Manager oversees all corporate events and sponsorships.

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
- Brand Management: Serve as the primary custodian of the CarTrawler brand, maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure all communications reflect a unified brand voice and visual identity. Keep the brand cloudlines updated.
- Strategy and Development: Execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine brand plans accordingly.
- Campaign Development: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with PR & Communications to create an omni-channel content calendar.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media calendar, creating and scheduling content on LinkedIn to foster engagement and grow our online presence. Manage both organic and paid campaigns based on marketing objectives.
- Event & Sponsorship Management: Develop and execute the external events and sponsorship strategy, managing branding, sponsorship packages, networking events, and CEO dinners. Lead planning for the annual CarTrawler conference to ensure a top-tier event. Oversee agencies and vendors involved in events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all external collateral. Keep brand guidelines and resources updated and communicated internally. Collaborate with the wider marketing team for a holistic omni-channel approach.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Performance Analytics: Use KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the technology or travel industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
