We’re looking for a highly skilled engineer who combines deep hands‑on expertise with the ability to design scalable systems, influence technical direction, and mentor others.
Your work will form the foundation of Continia’s products — powering cloud services, APIs, and integrations used by thousands of businesses worldwide. You’ll design and implement backend systems that handle millions of transactions, ensuring reliability, performance, and security at scale.
This role blends system technical leadership while being hands‑on. You’ll architect solutions, write core services, and define standards that raise the bar for backend engineering across Continia. Working closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and architects, you’ll help shape the future of our platform — balancing innovation with long‑term maintainability.
