The successful candidate will work closely with our Partner in our Naas offices.

Hybrid policy, 3 days in office - 2 days work from home

The Role:

  • Monitoring company annual returns.
  • Filing company annual returns
  • Preparation of company minutes.
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team
  • Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of General Meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings

Our Company Secretarial Administrator will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of the Practice.

You will be:

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in similar position

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
