As Senior Account Director , you will hold a strategic high-profile role within the agency, responsible for managing key client accounts while ensuring excellence across the client services team and in the work we deliver for clients. You will play a critical role in delivering high-impact brand strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and driving team performance.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless collaboration across the agency while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Oversee and nurture key client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and strategic alignment.
  • Team Lead: Mentor colleagues on the client services team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and best-in-class client delivery.
  • Account Growth: Drive organic growth within existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for strategic expansion.
  • Strategic Oversight: Work closely with strategy, creative, and business development teams to ensure client projects align with commercial objectives.
  • Performance & Process Improvement: Oversee the implementation of best practices, operational efficiencies, and team structures to enhance agency output.
  • Financial Management: Monitor account profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize revenue potential.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior representative of the agency, maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Agency Experience: Minimum 8+ years in a design, brand strategy, marketing, or consultancy agency, with significant experience leading teams and managing key accounts.
  • Team Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and developing client service team members.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable brand strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to foster and grow client partnerships at a senior level.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with experience in account profitability and growth strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilience & Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and composure.
