This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, system performance optimization, and strategic planning for large-scale SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA migrations and cloud deployments.**Key responsibilities:*** Define SAP technical architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise IT strategy and design high-availability, scalable SAP landscapes for ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and other SAP components.* Oversee SAP Basis activities including installation, upgrades, patches, and migrations and manage HANA database administration and performance tuning.* Drive SAP cloud migration initiatives (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrate SAP systems with middleware and third-party applications.* Implement best practices for system monitoring, disaster recovery, and backup strategies and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.* Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks.* Mentor Basis teams and provide technical leadership across projects.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* 15+ years in SAP Basis administration and architecture.* Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB, and cloud platforms.* Expertise in SAP Basis, performance tuning, and system optimization.* Knowledge of SAP BTP, PI/PO, CPI, and integration technologies.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Sogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
