Location: Ireland, 100% remote, regional travel required (VRP is a remote-first company)

Responsibilities:

  • Create regional sales plans to meet quotas aligned with global objectives
  • Prospect and build pipelines through partner relationships and lead generation
  • Conduct meetings with potential customers to qualify and develop new business
  • Negotiate and close new opportunities
  • Respond to RFPs and develop high-quality proposals with presales support
  • Manage the sales process from qualification to signature
  • Represent VRP at trade exhibitions and events
  • Maintain excellent client relationships aligned with company values
  • Collaborate with management and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Forecast revenue accurately monthly and quarterly
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of successful Salesforce sales experience in a consultative/team environment within the EMEA region
  • Understanding of Cloud/SaaS platforms and ecosystem technologies
  • Ability to assess prospects' needs and demonstrate product value
  • Experience selling remotely using screen share/video tools like Google Meet
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills, capable of discussing complex topics
  • Ability to work remotely and engage with local and nearshore teams
