About Us

BiaSol is an ambitious Irish food company on a mission to change how food is made. We use circular food design to turn food waste into better-for-you products and we are the first in Ireland doing it. Our brand is growing fast and we are now looking for two Sales Representatives. One will be based in Dublin and one will cover Munster. This is an exciting chance to join a young, energetic team, work closely with the founders and build a commercial career in a company that is expanding quickly.

The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, visiting stores and making things happen. You will represent the BiaSol brand in the field, build strong relationships and help us grow our presence across retail and foodservice.

What You Will Do
  • Visit stores at least four days a week to open new accounts and support existing ones
  • Build great relationships with store managers, supervisors and distributor reps
  • Ensure BiaSol products are placed well, easy to find and looking great on shelf
  • Drive sales with sampling, store activation and simple local initiatives
  • Spot new opportunities across retail, cafés, offices and local distributors
  • Support the marketing team with in‑store promotions and brand activity
  • Share weekly updates and ideas to help shape our approach
  • Bring positive energy and a passion for better food to every visit
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 to 3 years experience in sales, business development, marketing or a similar role
  • Experience in the food sector or a food‑related qualification is an advantage
  • A natural people person with strong communication skills
  • Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working on the road
  • A self‑starter who enjoys being out in the field rather than behind a desk
  • Full clean driving licence
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
