Job description

We are currently inviting applications for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in digital marketing to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales, delivering engaging digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating exceptional events that represent Sheen Falls Lodge to the highest standard.

This is a full-time position ( Maternity cover)

Key Responsibilities

• Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Enhance SEO performance, manage social media activity, and assist with national and international promotional campaigns.
• Produce insightful analytics reports and maintain CRM databases for personalised guest engagement.
• Oversee media management, coordinate print advertising, and design promotional materials that reflect our five-star standards.
• Manage enquiries for weddings, corporate events, and group bookings, preparing proposals, contracts, menus, and event documentation with precision.
• Lead show-arounds and client meetings, offering a warm and professional introduction to Sheen Falls Lodge.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales & marketing activities and events.
• Support reservation and booking management when required.
• Contribute to strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and ongoing success.

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business.
• A solid 1–2 years’ minimum experience in sales and marketing, or in event management with a digital marketing context. (luxury 5-star similar hotel preferred).
• Proven fluent English both spoken and written. (professional, and client-focused)
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with PMS/CRM systems (HotSoft an advantage).
• Flexible for occasional evenings and weekends.
