A leading hotel group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive corporate bookings and manage event spaces in Dublin. You'll be responsible for developing long-term B2B relationships, working towards sales targets, and acting as an ambassador for the hotel. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in hotel sales, a strong grasp of the Dublin corporate market, and is self-motivated with excellent communication skills. We’re looking for a proactive and results driven Sales Manager to join the team at Dublin One Hotel. This exciting role focuses on growing our corporate room nights and event bookings, nurturing long term B2B relationships, and supporting key marketing initiatives in partnership with the Axiom Hospitality Group.
You’ll act as a key ambassador for Dublin One and The Big Tree Pub, targeting corporate clients, agencies, and local businesses to drive sales across rooms, meetings, and unique event spaces like Botanical Restaurant, The Terrace.
Location: On Site - Dublin One Hotel
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
You must have the right to work in Ireland to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
