Job description
Overview

Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Sales Executive to join the Flogas Cylinder Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking out and winning new business whilst maintaining and developing the existing customer base with a strong focus on margin management within the area. This role will be Dublin/ Wicklow/Meath/Louth based.

Key responsibilities
  • Take ownership for and maximise the sales of Flogas products within the geographical area
  • To manage and maintain the existing customer base, with a strong focus on high levels of customer satisfaction and retention rates within the area
  • Identify and target potential customers whilst maintaining a healthy new business pipeline
  • To input and maintain up to date area reporting through the CRM system
  • To liaise closely with all delivery agents and distributors within the area
  • To manage and develop existing dealer sales through promotional basis
  • To monitor and report competitor activity to Cylinder Field Sales Manager and Marketing Department
  • To take ownership and responsibility for all company POS, signage and cages employed and or required in the area, the replacement or upgrade of where needed and the delivery or uplift of same
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with a strong track record in account management, customer relationship building, and business development, including cold calling. They should be self-motivated, results-focused, and capable of working independently while demonstrating excellent time management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A proactive and commercially minded individual, they will possess strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in account management, administration, and IT systems is essential. Industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A full, clean driving license is required for this role.
