Overview

Britvic is seeking a dynamic and compelling Sales Enablement Manager to drive innovation and growth in our AFH (Away From Home) channel. This role is a key enabler in bringing together cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions that meet customer needs and drive market growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing product propositions aligned with Britvic Ireland's strategic goals, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales propositions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine product propositions for each customer type under the AFH sub-channels based on market research, customer insights, outlet classification, and segmentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform proposition development, including co-management of prospecting databases, segmentation, reporting, and management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective sales propositions.
  • Monitor the performance of products and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Drive innovation in product propositions to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular reports on AFH commercial performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Co-develop and maintain the PICOS (Product, Insight, Communication, Occasion, and Service) for each sub-channel, ensuring best-in-class execution.
