The Enablement Lead is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing the Fenergo enablement program, that accelerates the productivity and effectiveness of Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and partner ecosystems.
This role creates and owns a comprehensive, lifecycle-centric enablement program mapped to the Bow Tie Model: acquisition, sales execution, implementation, onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
You will partner deeply across Sales, Regulatory, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure our teams deliver consistent, high-quality, compliant, value-driven customer outcomes aligned to Fenergo's mission.
