We’re looking to hire a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our People Servicesteam, the Reward & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the teamoperates effectively and use insights to design reward propositions thatsupports business objectives in Three Ireland. The role will be involved inimplementing strategies to improve awareness and understanding of reward andbenefit proposition and ensuring the policies and practices developed arerelevant and timely

What else it Involves

  • Responsible for providinganalytical support and insight gathering to the Reward Specialist and thewider People Services team in the review, design and development ofexisting and new initiatives.
  • Support with theadministration, co-ordination and analysis of data for cyclical processessuch as job evaluations, reward governance, benefit reporting and the annual benefitsenrolment window (including testing).Assist the People Business Partners,Recruitment and Reward Team in role grading and salary benchmarking.
  • Maintain and continuouslyimprove key processes and documentation that support the effective runningof the team and delivery of our services.
  • Support the delivery andpromotion of initiatives across the People team as required to ensurethey’re effectively executed, communicated and embedded.
  • Obtain, collate, review andanalyse market remuneration and benefit data and trends to support Rewardprojects, annual pay review process and ad hoc benchmarking.
  • Support business change andeffectively manage processes and working practices to maintain keydocuments and information, such job descriptions, salary ranges, marketbenchmarks, reward policies, etc.
  • Support in designing pay,incentive plans, salary progression arrangements, benefit offerings, etcfor the business and ensure they are fit for purpose, market competitiveand compliant with the Company’s pay policy and principles.
  • Work with external suppliersto support benefit offerings.

The skills we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in ananalytics role, ideally within a Reward team.
  • Desired experience in anyjob evaluation methodology and benefit administration.
  • Relevant professionalqualification or equivalent experience.
  • Adept at data analysis anddrawing insights based on various data sources.
  • Experienced in usingsoftware applications, such as Excel, to manage and analyse data.
  • Basic understanding of keyHR and business processes.
  • Pro-actively research anddevelop knowledge in areas they support.
  • Great team player with awillingness to learn and grow.
  • Great organisation andcommunication skills
