Anewly revamped convenience supermarket is seeking a senior Store Manager located in a key location of Dublin 18, to lead a team of 25+ in a dynamic retail fresh food shop, which is a flagship location for the brand and the group. Salary

up to 55,000 + 5,000 bonus DOE

Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Oversee the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the retail store, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards across all departments and overall premises.
• Drive the stores commercial performance by maximising profitability and sales, while effectively controlling key cost areas such as waste, shrinkage, and labour.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene, maintaining and enhancing the brands reputation.
• Manage all HR and Health & Safety matters within the store, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Proven experience as a Retail Grocery Manager or senior Assistant Manager in a comparable retail food environment, high turnover, commercial and big box preferably, with a minimum of 5 years in senior grocery management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, develop, and motivate teams, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, deli chargehands, and other senior staff.
• Commercially astute, with a track record of identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, managing effectively, and leveraging supplier relationships to benefit the business.
• Solid working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law.
